Onolulü reserves the right to choose the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking code. Products shall be manufactured upon order and delivery will take place as soon as the ordered products are ready for shipment. The actual delivery time varies based on the number of units ordered. Products subject to the warranty terms can be returned if the cause for the return is a direct result of an Onolulü error (i.e. Products not matching Customer’s order) or if the item is defective. Customers have 10 days to report any issues in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
